Shipping policy

We currently ship only within South Africa. We ship all orders via Fastway company.

Please note;

• Follow the tracking number sent to you by email to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to take delivery of the package.
• We are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen.
• We are not responsible for delays in package deliveries by our courier company due to their own internal errors.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective or damaged in transit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you do not have the funds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
